3. Our Service

Bridgeway Finance provides the following service:

  1. We receive your enquiry via our website or landing page
  2. A member of our team calls you by phone to verify your details and understand your situation
  3. We match you with a single licensed WA mortgage broker who is appropriate for your loan type and circumstances
  4. We introduce you to that broker by email or phone
  5. From that point, the broker handles all further communication and the loan process directly

Our role ends upon making the introduction. We do not participate in, supervise, or bear responsibility for any subsequent communications or transactions between you and the broker.

4. The Referral Process

We use a three-stage phone verification process before making any introduction. The purpose of this process is to confirm that your enquiry details are accurate, that you consent to being contacted by a broker, and that we can identify the most appropriate broker for your situation.

If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, your enquiry will be marked as inactive and will not be passed to any broker.

Each verified enquiry is delivered exclusively to one broker. We do not share your enquiry with multiple brokers simultaneously.

5. What You Agree to By Submitting an Enquiry

By submitting an enquiry on our website, you agree that:

  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
  • You consent to being contacted by a member of the Bridgeway Finance team by phone and email for the purpose of verifying your enquiry
  • You consent to your verified enquiry being passed to a single licensed WA mortgage broker
  • You consent to being contacted by that broker to discuss your home loan needs
  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to proceeding with any broker introduction, loan application, or financial product. There is no obligation at any point in the process.

6. Cost of the Service

The Bridgeway Finance referral service is completely free of charge for borrowers. You will never be charged a fee, referral fee, application fee, or any other charge by Bridgeway Finance in connection with your enquiry or introduction to a broker.

Bridgeway Finance is compensated by the mortgage brokers it works with through a subscription arrangement. This commercial arrangement does not affect the cost of your loan or the broker's ability to act in your best interests.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Bridgeway Finance makes no representation or guarantee that:

  • You will be approved for any loan or credit product
  • Any particular interest rate, loan amount, or loan term will be available to you
  • The broker you are matched with will be able to meet your specific needs
  • Any information on our website is current, complete, or applicable to your personal circumstances

8. Independence of Brokers

The mortgage brokers we work with are independent professionals. They hold their own Australian Credit Licences or operate as authorised credit representatives under a licensee. They are responsible for their own conduct, advice, and compliance with all applicable laws including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

Bridgeway Finance is not responsible for, and makes no warranty regarding, the conduct, advice, service quality, or outcomes delivered by any broker introduced through our platform. Any dispute arising from your dealings with a broker should be raised directly with that broker, and if unresolved, with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au.

9. Broker Subscriptions

Mortgage brokers who access our platform do so under a separate Broker Lead Supply Agreement. All broker subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Brokers agree to separate terms governing their use of our platform, access to verified enquiries, and their obligations to borrowers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on bridgewayfinance.com.au — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bridgeway Finance or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

The Bridgeway Finance name, logo, and brand identity are the property of Bridgeway Finance and may not be used without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
